The Sky Biz, a leading aviation consulting firm, announced that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with ALSIMEXCO (CEO: Tạ Thiên Long), a subsidiary of Vietnam Airlines and the largest aviation personnel training and supply organization in Vietnam. The agreement was signed on April 19 at the headquarters of Vietnam Airlines in Hanoi.

Through this MOU, the two companies have agreed to collaborate across various sectors in both Korea and Vietnam, share professional expertise, and exchange information to realize their shared vision.

ALSIMEXCO, as a subsidiary of Vietnam Airlines, plays a pivotal role in training and supplying aviation personnel. With extensive experience and specialization, the company provides cabin crew and pilot staffing to major international airlines, including Korean Air, Asiana Airlines, EVA Air, ANA, and Emirates.

The scope of cooperation under this MOU includes:

  • Establishing a cabin crew training center in Vietnam,

  • Operating aviation-related departments at Vietnamese universities,

  • Supporting the employment of Vietnamese aviation professionals in Korean airlines,

  • Promoting study abroad opportunities for Vietnamese students at Korean universities, and

  • Sharing infrastructure to expand Vietnamese talent’s access to the Korean job market.

The two parties aim to strengthen educational and cultural exchanges between Vietnam and Korea and to enhance economic cooperation between the two nations.

Mr. Tạ Thiên Long, CEO of ALSIMEXCO, stated:

“We expect that this MOU with The Sky Biz will allow us to share expertise and expand cooperation between Vietnam and Korea. It will help broaden the global reach of Vietnamese aviation professionals and contribute to the growth of both countries' aviation industries by enabling more outstanding Vietnamese talent to work in Korean companies.”
